Did the shaving and pads changing occur at the same time?

Your abs is trippin. Go get the sensors cleaned.

Actully i suspected the abs sensor at first but d mechanic said the rotors needed shaving and new disc pads needed to be installed even the old ones were at 1/2 life....
Now he tells me i need to have a scan done on my car to find out what is causing the break peddal to vibrate .... since he made me spend all this $$$ and the initial problem persists......

Do not scan the car. If the check light is off, then nothing will come up as errors.

My FD1 did the same thing and the mechanic said to flush the brake fluid and put all fresh back in.
I bought the fluid and decided to go back where I bought it to see what they could do. In 5 minutes the mechanic came out with my car ready and asked if I was gonna flush the fluid, because he see all the bottles behind the seat.
He said the sensors just needed cleaning and that car isn't for any mango tree mehanic.
The vibration you're feeling is the abs activating. It's activating without you applying hard brakes ( when it really should), because the sensors aren't doing their job. So...
