Accord cm6 3.0 acceleration restriction

Whenever I aggressively step on the gas pedal the car fails to accelerate and it surges high low high low and flatlines if your foot is still on the gas,once I let up off the gas it's good again until u mash once again.
If u gently accelerate no problem will occur, please help!!!!!

When last was the gas filter changed? Also, injectors? Servicing those may be an option. Toss a fuel cleaner and injector cleaner and see if it helps after a doing a few hundred kms.
