As far as I know the only way to know is to get them flow tested. Not sure who does that down here. If someone knows let me know ASAP.

There is a part no in the injector that goes 0280 150 *** get this and I can confirm the flow rate @ 3bar and 100% on.

There is another method of verification. Get a measurung cylinder around 300ml and good working fuel pump and dummy pressure regulator. Hook the pump up to a 12v source and click injector on for 15secs. Multiply result by 4 and you have your actual injector flow rate. Compare with pubilshed OEM infomation and you mwould know if the injector is up to task.

So this is what I have seen.
RB26 R33 and 32 units on 5U and 24U engines are 444cc. Measured 439cc average.
1993 RB25 JECS units are 370cc@3bar. Measured 365cc average out of 6.
Some SR20DETs and later Neo RB25s side feed are 370cc@3bar. Measured 375cc average out of 4
3SGTE side feed are 430cc@3bar. Measured 426cc average.
Audi S2 injectors 0180/0280 150 903 are 346cc measured 350cc average.
Ford Motor Sport 0280 150 608 are 440cc measured 436cc.
And so on...

0280 150 715 are STD BMW
injectors. They Flow 152cc/min at 3bar fuel pressure and 100% duty. EDIT** Good for around 30ish bhp each.

Nice my friend got a set of Denso injectors, they are light blue in colour, would you be able to tell the flow rate if I got the numbers on the side? They are so called 880CC.

I can see.
If not then attempt the test I spoke about earlier to confirm.
