Does anyone have the machinery to do this locally?

I remember seeing a sign in front a place in Barataria claiming to do this - can't recall the name right now.

Off of 10th Ave (the road with the entrance to Maritime building) there's a side street with a carpark on the corner (this street is directly opposite Maritime's entrance). The place is about 2 or 3 buildings from the corner of 10th Ave.

that would be farley in barataria. no one does it locally as far as i know most people just buy and keep in stock from away
