Bought the car recently like that ...and do you know the cost to do some like that ?

you could try a clay bar option first and see if that helps the situation. Check out Mothers Clay bar kit. I believe is about $150

That would just remove contaminants, not smoothen out the paint I believe.

Sand and buff seems like the best bet for me......if the effect is in the clear coat.

Or ask rspann for advice?

The gun that used to paint it wasn't adjusted properly. Too much paint was released too fast.

That will require some good buffing to cut down and look good

Wow that's a lot of orange peel.
Thankfully that's usually just clear coat so just polish it good and it'll go away.
