I've used this to start a crown(2.5 v6) with a weak battery and a mazda 6(2.0 L4) with a dead battery that would not even attempt to turn over. Strangely, it will start those two easily but will not start a BMW 116i(1.6 L4). It is an excellent bargain considering the price online, it works and can also be used to charge your phone. Excellent tool.

Cost?

My 3 year old Anker jump starter just died on me. The battery became swollen and I started getting an error message.

From the looks of it, the majority of them looks similar in design.

I ended buying another one on amazon. Not a brand I know but the reviews were good.

Thanks Ru$$el.

The Anker reviews has been good.

Personally I find the clamps a bit flimsy but it gets the job done.

I bought one June from pricemart
. Charged it once.. I used it with a completely dead battery 3 times and 8 times with a weak battery. I kept count..it still has " 2 LED's " worth of charge..I definitely recommend this. Cause on Amazon..it's one if the more expensive brands..and when converted to TT. Pricemart has it cheaper for $500. With warranty..which you don't really get online and the drama to ship it back if you get a defective unit.
