Carb tank baffle using PVC?

Postby MISHI » May 3rd, 2018, 10:00 pm

Just curious but anyone who has done a fuel pump conversion in their carb tanks...

what method did you use? Could a piece of PVC be used as a baffle to help keep the fuel from sloshing around?

check link >>> http://www.spudfiles.com/spudtech_archi ... php?t=7896

from the test the person did it appears the gasoline had no effect on PVC... bear in mind you may from time to time put in other things in the tank... gas tank cleaner / fuel line cleaner / carb cleaner.....those other solvents may have adverse effects on PVC.
