Foreign used vs local tiida coil packs

Postby Musical Doc » July 5th, 2018, 8:53 am

My coworker has a local tiida and one of his coil pack gone bad. It is a different # from the fu tiidas, fu is 22448-ED000 and local is 22448-ED800... from looking at pics online the stem is different.... would it be likely that the fu can work still?

The rod can be changed if that is the only difference.

My wingroad had a problem with these new from local parts place failed one week after purchase and install, foreign use units cost less change the rod and still working after 1 year in use.

The replaced packs locally comes complete with rods, it may be better to get the original foreign used or check on Ebay so you will get more reliability.
