GA 15 burning oil.

ppl hair wat goin on.
ah have ah ga15 an meh B14 an after ah change meh syntetic blend oil and genuine filter it doh burn no oil for about d first 2-3 months.
after that ah does have to add oil 1/2 qt every 2-3 weeks.
wah reaally goin on.
suggestion 1. change oil every 3 months.
2. throw a SR20. heheheh. :D :D :D eventually.

what grade synthetic u using? that could be the problem there, ah feel u using a 5w-50 grade

that happendedwith me but I broke an oil ring.

That is normal...I used to use Mobil15-50 and that used to happen, some other tuners had the same problem. I changed to Castrol synthetic blend but the car feels a little slower. If you want the performance Mobil is the better choice,Im going back to Mobil next oil change

u sure man ?????? I using the mobil 15w-50 in my ga and the oil level have not dropped a bit since I put it in. in fact this is my 3rd oil change of mobil and never experienced any drop in oil level.

fellahs.............. 8) 8) ah using Mobil 15w 50 'bout 3 yrs. now on mih b14....yuh no de oil does drop ah little.....but then ah have a few leaking seals too......I eh changing mih Mobil for hell sake nah !!!! :lol: :lol:

yea my car burning oil too and
i am using that oil now and then -whats wrong with it ??

5w-50 is too light esp with a used engine, stop it one time

YES........ah have mih whole family running dey B14" on Mobil. Hell , like I is a distributor ? :D :D

Hey guys...I am now reading these post. Recently I sent my B14 to my garage to service. I was informed later by the mechanic that he used Pennzoil 10W40 in the engine. Is this a correct grade oil?
The mileage on vehicle is 124,766 kms
