Anyone know where to get the IH01 headlamp bulbs locally? I bought the H4B but the high beam is useless due to the filament position, it only lights up in front the car under the cutoff of the low beam.
I have an IH01 from a f.used headlamp and the high and low beam show on the road properly.

Good day,

I need to know if the rear solid axle / cross member can be used with the rear disc brakes or would I need to swap out the entire solid axle complete with the rear disc brake spindles.....

The solid axle and the centre torsion bar on the one I bought with the disc brakes is a bit corroded so I would prefer to use back my original solid axle and torsion bar.

Any assistance / advice is appreciated.

you have a b15

you want to install rear wheel disc brakes.
you got a complete banjo from the bamboo.... f used but it rusty....

you want to swap over the ends alone - ie the caliper and rotor assembly onto your banjo to prevent using the rusty up banjo....

it may not work as your banjo - if drum. - lacks the necessary brackets to hold the caliper in place.... also it lacks the brackets to hold the hand brake cable .

if you are able to bolt the calipers on successfully... and they work - you wont be able to use the hand brakes as they are different...and there is no way for you to bolt on the hand brake cables onto thr banjo...

dissassenble one end of the banjo..... and jack up your car and remove the complete hub assembly and you'll see it.

ppl just end up using a complete p11 rear banjo and do some magic with the shock mounts to get it to work...

once the bench is out, there are 2 or 3 12mm bolts holding down the base of the backrest part of the back seat.
Once you remove those bolts, you need to use some force to raise the entire backrest upwards because the top-back of the backrest is held in place by 3 hooks.
Any further advice, contact me 755-8848.
