Who buys used RORO?

Is there any company/ firm/ organization the buys used RORO vehicles. I have a RORO Y12 Wingroad Stationwagon (PCW series) and I was wondering if I have to sell to an actual person, or if I can sell it to a company/ firm/ organization who would then re-sell it.

Yes there is a place before Gulf City mall .But they will give you next to nothing cause the want to make a profit.Unless yuh rich.
