Power loss in Nissan Tiida.

Getting a major power loss with AC on. Car feels like it's in second or third gear. It's even worse with load in the car as well. Anybody ever encountered this problem.

check your X pedal voltage and validate it reading within spec
Actuating the throttle and observing TPS is also good idea

Went to do a service and they did a compression test. Came back with 120, 120, 140, 120 in each cylinder. Mechanic said head needs to change. Is that compression test reading normal or was he right?
