Tiida Hatch Trunk Switch Not Working !!!

Tiida Hatchback trunk electrical switch not working, the rubber got worn and it became non responsive, bought a new one online, but can't figure out there is manual trunk release method from the inside. Can anyone recommend a tech who can troubleshoot this ?

its a simple DIY fix.. can you post up pics of what youre seeing?? so that we can help ??
if you need help replacing the switch let me know. i replaced the trunk switch in a K12 march....

very easy procedure.

can u give me a general pic of the area so i can see what / where i'm looking at.

I can open it manually and change the switch for u. 734-5960

UPDATE :

I managed to take take out the trunk panel from the inside. I also bought the replacement switch b4, so I just unplug the old one and jacked the new one and got the trunk open.

I also discovered what I assume is the manual release. It is a little white notch built into the lock housing. Did not get a chance to test it out though.
