A31 cefiro engine swap

Hey guys just wondering I have a 89 a31 facelift cefiro that I bought as a rolling body. Now problem is it was a factory 20de now I'm wondering how much work is involved in putting in a 20de neo out of an r34 I know it should fit right in I'm just wondering what I will have to do to the loom and Ecu

Loom and ecu on the neo is totally different. Physically the engine will drop in no problem. But you'll have to get the car rewired. Nothing that hasn't been done before though
