Hi. Is there a way to activate the drl in the xtrail hybrid.

I would also like to know the same! Can any auto electricians shed some light on how it can be done?

It doesn't come on once you Start the vehicle?

If not check your settings in the radio/headunit/dashboard setting

Also look at your fusebox diagrams, Interior and in the engine bay of the car, there might be one labelled DRLs with the fuse removed.
