Calor, based on the color scheme it looks like an old BWIA Tarmac service vehicle from the late 70's/early 80's.... had alot of GMC Fuel trucks, Step ladder trucks, personnel carrier trucks. had a weird registration cycle as well. Because they were confined to the Airport size really wasnt an issue re: turning circle.

As always, I could be wrong.

spotted a SAAB 900 Turbo White 2 door convertible in P/Town on a wrecker. Had some Coat of arms or national flag # plate that ive never seen before.One like in the image. Sorry no actual pics.

Its currently parked up along the Torrib Tabaquite Road close to Sisters Road , plates is now PBY,
Saw it on road this morning, will get some better pics if its there this evening
