..the main loop was redone with a larger diameter pipe .....without a welded section.....

yeah, but the rest of the cage is built with crush bends and cheap pipe without the correct engineering or mounting plates... it is very dangerous like this.. a simple fender bender may compress the chassis and snap one of the pipes or welds to the floor and it can seriously impale or injure someone..
