didn't measure it but I figure maybe 102 or summ so......just a couple mm off cuz they will will fit on the car, but when bolted down, the lug nuts slightly off from seating perfectly

honestly I have no clue how they do it. Never had any experience modifying rims. All I know is the holes need to be just a wee bit more to the center for the lug nuts to seat properly
Not sure if they would just drift the holes a bit and end up wit something oblong-looking...

^ ^ ^ oblong-looking... Ahmm... not what you want to do MG. Any runout will put unnecessary load on your wheel bearings.
Find a reputable engineering shop... not a run-of-the-mill machine shop (pun intended  ) with less milling experience.
Let them mount it "outer face down" on a milling machine... Measure correct PCD...
Sanctifier wrote:BTW it's a good idea to carry a spare hub to check PCD measurement.
Drill NEW holes from the inner boss ---> outward... Chamfer the holes (both ends) and you're done.

IMHO it's better to pay a bit more to get it done right, the 1st time.

My $0.02¢

great advice as always
I have a few engineering shops to check, including a place in Arouca which I am advised, specializes in ths, as they actually bring in 'blanks' and then cut the holes to the customer's requirements....
