I stand to be corrected, but I think those vehicles could only be licensed p under a church or company, and in the case of T you would need to apply for a workman permit to have the 12 seats but can still be stopped by licensing officers. If you go H then you would have to go through TDC where the bus can ONLY be used for tourist/tour related work and be licensed for only 7, to get H with 12 seats you would have to apply to PTSC for a special permit...

Once again I stand to be corrected but that's my understanding....

so if i buy a p vehicle it would be ok to transport people because it would have already passed tru licensing office, but i spoke to someone and they say the p vehicle on the certified copy would only have license for 8 people only, and every 6 months there is a special provision you have to pay for to carry 12 passengers need to know hoe true this is

Ok, when you say "Plying" you mean working PH?
If so, no matter what vehicle you use it would be illegal.

However if you are using for a church or company then as streaminhonda said those rules apply.

Though I have noticed of late that there is a lot of "P" Caravan's and the like on the roads now.
All without the church/company's logo on them (as this a part of the requirement).
