Was thinking some subie scoop or even a 2nd gen rx scoop may have cleared the carb/filter .

Sounds crazy in person

Currently the exhaust system is 2.5" on each side which joins in a Y behind the transmission to a 3.5" double resonated exhaust..too quiet and doesn't sound like a V8 grumble (actually sounds like a ported rotary!)

to get the screen shot to appear here copy the url then click the youtube icon above here^ then paste the url in the space between the [ and ] but you have to only paste the actual code...that would be after the = sign and before the &feature

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pTssw9d ... e=youtu.be

so then it would appear like this :

not to worry though, i'll be making some cool vids when we're done...but that single barrels gotta go dude...YUK! My ears!

They beggin for flowmasters...like this>

Sounds healthy but muted, some flowmasters or magnaflows would be fricking awesome.
Gonna charge it? I love that supercharger whine.

Engine moving like hell too, mounts and additional bracing needed?

Yeah it's very muted right now thanks to the exhaust system..to supercharge this current engine will be difficult due to high comp pistons and current cams but we'll see how the power feels and go from there

Mounts are good, engine just has alot of damn power! But yes, Urethane mounts and additional bracing are in the very near future.

Looks like more than enough to make this a very fun drift car.

And from the looks of it, not much actually needed to have it ready for daily love.

Estimated at 450-500hp comfortably..will consider hitting the dyno after I get it done right.

With a few more items it will be ready for daily/ street use. After some experience behind the wheel I might tackle a drag n' wind course soon.

Have a power goal in mind for street use, pretty close to it so we will see how it goes. Need to get it streetable first before I start building power.

Already has chassis bracing but will add more.

The engine mounting setup on the subframe will be strengthened the most and will use stiffer mounts, not solid.

Weight shedding will be handled once I'm happy with the V8 overall.

Just want it drive able first and all upgrades will follow.

No chance of getting an LS motor?
You can save 100lb easy and have better driveability and fuel efficiency
