that bike is going to be hell for you when it calls for parts, but i understand how it is when you really like something, my love for bikes led me to owning the ones that are almost impossible to get parts for, but also the ones i always wanted to experience, it's more than just buying what's available.
If ur looking for a bike to just own for a while and then sell, buy something that u can get parts easily for.If it is a bike you want to keep forever, like i do, then go for it.I have in my collection, an nsr250r, a ns-1, a bultaco 350 sherpa, a wr500. an aprilia af-1, ktm 690, these i will never sell. the others i will eventually get rid of. If you really want the ktm, understand the availability of parts and the required maintenance.
