Its for a box lancer, trying to figure out how to convert to disc brakes?

Not sure what version it is, will definitely upload some pics later.

handbrakes is a must as it would be a everyday driven car.

Why not try the Toyota diff. Because there is the after market disc conversion kit selling.

Well i have a diff, the guy igot it from said it's a 720.

Having a little trouble uploading the pics as the file is too big..
I did some looking on the diff for some indication as to what kind it is.
to the top of it has a big N 1 and I also found 4xc

I'll just redrill to 4x100 to use Primera rear disc brakes...

well at least that's what I was told is the easiest way to do it.

Firstly, you need to know what rotors and calipers you are going to use. Handbrake cables would be a plus if you can get them with the calipers.
Red Dawg Racing can machine and redrill the axles to your desired bolt pattern and we can make the bracket to mount the calipers.

Would the Primera rotors and calipers work? Handbrakes is a must.

Can yall change bearings and so on on the axles? And also make the mounting bracket to fit the lancer?

The bolt pattern of the rotors you chose should at least match the bolt pattern and spacing on the front.

If you're gonna do all that u should go independent bro cost wise and performance its better ratio lsd and disc brakes
You can also consider e24 maxi its already lsd no lockup diff which is very trappy. That is if u dont wanna go independent

you should just buy this galant diff from this guy (if he hasnt sold already)

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=618320&hilit=lsd

if not, get a fabricator to make a jig for your diff so he can cut off your mounts and then weld them onto the new 720 diff.. you need ot make sure to get the right pinion angles otherwise you'ld buss ya diff or driveshaft

updated below
you can use the LSD's (guts) from the R200 diff from the S13/S14/S14, so that means the stock viscous lsd works and all the aftermarket ones..

EDIT

looking at your diff again, you have the same diff as the 910 blue bird or the H190 diff, think you can use the R180 guts from the ca18 S13's and older model subarus
