yeah I thought the same thing...but no mater what you do to the suspension, youare still limited by the coefficient of friction of the tyres you use...I'd expect baseline to be slowest, followed y fancy springs, and rubber on stock springs fastest...rubber on fancy springs would probably be the fastest, keeping in mind the real benefit of (proper) coil overs is the ability to balance corner weights...if you are using them just to lower CoG, you doing it wrong :p
