Hyundai Elantra or Nissan Sylphy

Conflicted buyer here, should i take the plunge and get Massy Motors local used Hyundai Elantra or get a RORO Nissan Sylphy (Old Shape)?

I would go with the Hyundai Elantra.

While I don't have an Elantra, I have driven a few of them and was more impressed with the quality than those cheaply made Nissans. I have owned Hyundais and have no real issues with them in terms of quality, for money spent, and reliability. Once you follow the manufacturer's service schedule, you should not have any major issues.

Plus the Sylphy is just plain butt ugly both on the exterior and interior. I don't know how people could spend their money on that car. But then again, I can't tell people how to spend their money.

although it's not the elentra had a 2015 sonata for a while recently, looked & felt really cheap inside, idk if it different for the elantra

Elantra handles well, and their stability control has a fairly low threshold so it kicks in early to help keep you safe....the 2.0 roro sylphy my buddy has is pretty basic compared to the Elantra.....the 2.0's performance is impressive, but then it costs more and is thirsty when pushed

Having been in both(didnt drive em)
Elantra is of better quality.
Plus it looks current, the Nissan, looks dated.
Go test drive them.

elantra is also chock full of features....heated/cooled seats and all that kinda stuff....really is a wow

price matters? roro vs new will be a vast difference

just make sure ur Nissan is protected by comprehensive risks insurance

Even the g11 sylphy is better than the elantra imo. The B17 blows it away. Also the resale on the elantra
