How To Register a Trailer

Good Day,
Anyone knows the procedure to register (license) a trailer (10x4).
What is the cost to register a new one?
What is the cost to transfer a trailer?

Please Advise....

Oh yeah, and what are the requirements for the trailer, like brakes and lights etc

locally built trailers cannot be registered.
if it was imported, walk with its import documents and a cover note with its chassis/serial number and the fee.
best bet, go into a license office and ask a license officer...they are usually helpful if you approach them in a professional manner.
