The search function would give a few threads that have covered this in depth. Foreign used is a catregory and Roll on roll off / roro is just a method of bringing the car in.. ie whole. it rolls on to the ship / container and rolls off.
In the past it was done CKD / completely knocked down and had to be reassembled. That's the differentiation.
