Navara or sportero?

Postby pinkz » December 30th, 2018, 1:29 pm

Goodday guys..i know this topic might have been discussed already but im contemplating on buying an AUTOMATIC 4x4 and was wondering between the navara and sportero/triton which is a better buy...im looking at a 2010-2013 range,automatic..both around the same milage( approx 100k) and around same pricing...im really interested in jus a couple thing so if current owners/mechanics can please give advice on

1) reliabilty? Especially engine/transmisson
2)Cost to maintain/availability of parts?
3)Problems or know issues?
4)suspension problems?

Which would you recommend?

I'd be careful with the Navarra, engine wise...

Got a 4x4 sportero going on 4 years now, no major problems except the ac blower had to change but with normal maintenance I can't complain at all, currently on 160k

My friends have a Sportero, and we travel on it sometimes and feel better, and he also tells me 2.5 years is running, and everything is OK engine, tires, overall the body.
