G4 uses Sprinters. Sprinter and Ford Transit are available in LHD, three (?) wheelbases, and three roof heights.

Or you can gut a maxi and convert it.

you can get a sprinter if you hunt around long enough
We converted a Renault panel van to a pit van for rally. It included a bench / bed that doubled as storage, inverter to power microwave, coffee machine, charge tools, flat screen tv, installed tool chests / cabinets, installed a slim water tank under the floor to supply the sink via a small pump...the flat floor / front wheel drive layout of the Renault facilitated the tank..we also did a rack topside that was used as the skyview lounge...anything is possible

I saw the name, but unless I can't grasp the scale, it does not look like the local models at all.

the local ones are pretty wide
Even with the rally van, even though it was narrow, it suited our needs...still a work in progress too

The photo of the electrical project van was taken with a wide angle lens.

I should have mentioned Toyota and Hyundai have similar SWB cargo vans also.
