i officially knocked down more cones on Sunday than i have in three years of autocross. wasn't to happy with the course but it really tested your skills of controlled braking and corner exit speed when the rain came down. was still a wonderful day of racing and good friends...

Im running a stock car with stock suspension, 2 standard (preload adjustable only) coilovers in the rear, around 99hp NA with 2700 lbs of weight. However i am up against turbo charged cars lighter than mine and much faster around the 250 hp and possibly close to or over the 300 hp range in my class .
Can someone explain to me how this works ? im in SS class btw
Thanks

There are no cars in ss that are 250-300 whp .That would be More an EP-EPR or Open depending on mod points , PTW ratio based on dyno and weighing for you base class. You can go to carstt.com for a breakdown of the class structure.

How are they supposed to know your car is making 100hp or 170? The rules say they can assign a class once you don't come to the dyno day. I don't know if they can make it retroactive but maybe they can bend a little.
