A little faster please.................

Postby moti » May 9th, 2014, 1:38 pm

Would it not be nice for a faster course rather than that of one with.....hmmm I don't know.....5 180 degree turns?

As of late there seems to be a trend of really tight courses, I know it's about the dexterity and such but too slow and it borders on frustrating if you ask me.

I know I can't drive up to the standards of Larry, Amir and the likes but damn can a little accommodation also be considered for RWD cars when doing the course design?

Yeah, yeah, what I complaining for as no one else is.........but I just had a thought and couldn't keep it to my self any longer.

I don't think its true what ur saying.....so far its been pretty consistent....one quick course followed by one slower course. This is the way it should be to give everyone a fair chance for the championship.

If you found all the courses for the year "slow" well it ain't gonna get much quicker than that....maybe you need to consider drag racing.

Sure Chris, I am actually considering just building my car for show actually.

Park it hard......

On a serious note, I'm a noob though so I will look at this at a different angle that you veterans are accustomed to.
It's nice that you pointed out that the courses are interchanged between fast and slow.
Maybe I need to actually learn how to tell the difference.

When I show up at Auto X 4, we will talk if that's okay with you.

Moti, the guys running the show are always looking for people to come up with designs. If you could think of a way to do a quick course at ARC draw it out on a piece of paper, scan it and send it to them (or post it here) and they will consider it. There's a whole sub-forum just for course design so you could get tips from there.

Honestly, I don't care anymore.

I will now enjoy and welcome the 180's and any other slow course.
