WRC Specs?

Good day 2nrs,

This may have been answered here before, but my search yielded little.

I was wondering if anyone had /found a thorough spec list for the Evo VI WRC (tarmac) anywhere. If not, any other wrc vehicle. I wanted to compare the specs to the production models. Since standing alongside John Powell's WRC Sti I've wondered about this.

The best I've found so far are WRC's for sale (http://www.rallycarsforsale.net/clas/in ... s&id=47023) with upgrade lists but not the specs of the actual cars that were driven in the WRC , eg. weight, engine/ fuel/ intake differences, ground clearance, dogbox info, ecu, wheel track, wheel dimensions, suspension specs etc.

If this exists, please let me know. Thanks.

The Evo VI used in the WRC was not a WRC spec car, but rather a Group A (A8).

you can have a guide here http://www.rallycars.com/Cars/Cars_Background3.html

and there's also a link on that page for the full FIA regs for Group A cars

WRC class, unlike Group A, manufacturers are no longer required to build "Homologation Specials" in order to meet approval.

the Lancer Evolution and Impreza STi are examples of "homologated specials"
