PRV reviews anyone???

Postby shake d livin wake d dead » October 12th, 2017, 7:27 am

Did a search but I did not see anyone list the pros and cons of this brand of speaker...I was told that they produce an "excellent midbass response"...looking at the 12MB800...

Or I am open to any other brand (12" preferably) that someone had good experiences with...in terms of a midbass application...I used the faital 10fh500 already and I would stand by this speaker so I'm thinking the 12FH520 would be even better..

thanks for reviews

looks good on paper , at 400rms seems like it be in same league as rcf bnc

i have d faital 12 fh500 , midbass like wow but needs alot of clean power , if u have space for a big flared horn it will be even deadlier , i always like d lightweight advantage of d neo faitals too ....

Using hcca power...looks like id be sticking with faital then...never heard the prv so I cannot comment...only heard rum shop talk...

I saw a man use the 10fh500 for high mid and I was rather impressed...

For midbass on paper it looks good, I wouldnt reccomend you try to get much midrange out of it. Faital is more reputable worldwide however.

I have a pair of PRV 10MR1000s. They are technically mid-range drivers that makes a ton of mid-bass; byproduct of the strong motor assembly.
I've also used 4 of the the 6mb200s and had a pair of 8mb450s in a chuchero for a brief time. All performed above expectations (at their price-point), I would definitely recommend.

so far the big difference I am seeing between both brands is the price....guess I'd have to request a demo..
