Got a great deal with integration and installation from 2lo2flo.
Installer did a super job.

Phase 2 coming.
Getting my equipment. Amp, sub, comps, coaxials

Phase 3 maybe late August, depending if I get my stuff.

4k store price, 3600 after Kaizen relocation discount.
For the power it's really good value.
150x4 @ 4ohm tops
500x1 @ 2ohm sub
The only thing I wanted that this didn't have was a subsonic filter. I could live without it tho.

Morel tempo components up front and coaxials in the rear.
Matches up nicely with the amp and I've heard them play. Sounds nice to me. Good budget stuff.

Nice choice...and great choice of equipment thus far...even the other options u mentioned are top quality stuff too..btw I see u said u had an Xd700/5...ive used 1000/5s in systems and theyre amazing...currently using an xd600/6 and a 1000/1 for my personal build...will see how that goes

I have a vezel hybrid also, did a system at safe and sound marabella. Illusion 10” for bass, power mosconi, have a pdx alpine for mids that I had from a previous vehicle.
Ever since I heard morels I’ve used them in my car also my wife’s.but when I bought this vehicle I fell in love with the illusions. Presently I’m saving up to replace the doors with them, separates in front and coaxial in rear.

The morels will sound better with dub, reggae, soca but the illusion is better at alternative, rock, adult contemporary. I had the elates so I can definitely relate. It’s up to your musical tastes.
Focal is really good would compare it sound to illusion.

Passed in an demoed the illusion audio today by safe and sound. Not bad for the price at all! In all fairness they werent stacked uo against the elates so the set it was compared to, it blew them away with ease. Definatly a decent option one can look into for an under $4k budget and where mounting depth is an issue.

Cant comment on the focals expect for the ones Casper had. I was quite fond of those but I feel right now the tweeters may have been a bit too overwhelming for me.

Decided on the JL audio 12tw3 and accompanying grille.

I think I could harass Casper for the buzzmat next week and pack it untill install time
