Good day everyone......

Currently doing a 1JZ-GTE VVT-i swap and having some trouble with the ETCS-I Throttle body.
Im not getting any throttle movement whatsoever, just a few movement when it is fully depressed.
Is there a way to bypass this system as Im kinda lost with this.
Some people telling me it has to be powered up and some saying I need to change the throttle body.


Help plz

Change throttlebody. Swap to something mechanical cable driven. Tps and thing would be a scn. I won't touch jz swaps with a 10ft pole

What was the fix?


The fix was d correct electrician :D
Apparantly it needs to be powered up and it functions normally now just like any mechanical single plate throttle.

Did a 1jzgte swap how do I get the tacho In the instrument panel to work?Originally a 1G-FE Engine
Monster tach and RSM work fine used the signal from both igniter and ECU....
Any help in this field? Thanks...

Can anyone say if the aristo diff and the is300(us spec) diff internals are the same. Especially regarding the ring and pinion sizes .

1jz twin model misfiring and leaning out.
Swapped working MAP sensor, coil packs, igniter, injectors and fuel pump.
Same problem anyone had this issue before need help car down 3mths now....
