i have a AE 100 with a 5A-FE[16V EFI]
it's stock an it' d L-Touring as u can c in d avatar.

i wanna get some info on what 2 use:
1. engine oil
2. transmission oil
3. plugs
4. and any other items i may need to purchase or service 4 my car.

2. transmission oil -> OEM?
3. plugs -> denso u grove heat range Range IK16 or Denso iridiums IK16
4. and any other items i may need to purchase or service 4 my car.
[brakes,belts etc.] -> K&N Filter , Daishin Brake pads(you don't need much more stopping power)

Garret T28 BB Turbo
Front mount Intercooler 2.5"
Blitz BlowOff Valve
FMU - Greedy or ApexI,
[Suspension upgrade - DropZone kit]
high flow cat and exhaust
13 rims
water/methanol injection allowing 10 psi
cometic gasket
In cabin Fire extinguisher
Helmet

And a reason to go Sando in 18 mins...


Oh and Can't stress this enough! Torque Damper! & ENGINE MOUNTS! Either Make Em Yurself or Buy da really good ones...

When you do that we will tell you wat oil to use.......
so buy any NP oil in the mean time.
