toyota axio park lights dash lights wont turn on right away

problem seems to be getting worse, would flick the switch to turn on my parklights and after 12 to 15 seconds it would come on. also i get a very faint idle almost like its going to cut off. any help?

service or replace the light switch. the low idle issue will either go away for itself or you need to service the throttle body
