Yeah. They should have told u the gt lancer didn't come with.the.option.to unlock the door using the fast access. I also have one brought brand new. Only locks with the door button and but doesn't unlockdevon4786 wrote:Yoo..so I have a 2013 Lancer GT. Bought it local used.
I’m having an issue that I can’t seem to find a solution for anywhere at all.
The little buttons on the door handles lock the car perfectly once the FAST Key is in proximity, however it doesn’t UNlock it. No response at all from the button to unlock.
Any suggestions?

Don't have the mmcs, but I went to diamond motors a few weeks after I bought the car in 2014 and they tried to enable the function via their mut-111. It couldn't be done.scorpio_nst wrote:jcrew wrote:Yeah. They should have told u the gt lancer didn't come with.the.option.to unlock the door using the fast access. I also have one brought brand new. To my understanding, the button on the door is for locking only....and to unlock simply hold the door handle and it should unlock/open... this is for the 2008 Galant Fortis and above, see if your vehicle is fitted with the MMCS media player, not too sure if you can modify the settings regarding the FAST key fob functionality via the MMCS...

Could it be a setting then or a blown relay?devon4786 wrote:jcrew wrote:Yeah. They should have told u the gt lancer didn't come with.the.option.to unlock the door using the fast access. The first owner of the vehicle confirmed that it did both when he got it from Diamond Motors.
