Mr Rampersad - remote control gates. San Fernando 6786205 or 6577065. He did my craftsman 1/2 hp and front gate.Prog to work on one remote.

Or Smart alarms 671 3150 in Chag. they do remote gates.

Post a picture of what you are looking for.

Fellas.. anybody get trouble with their abs yet. my abs was engaging with normal braking and the mechanic said its not the sensor the ring just needed cleaning so he cleaned it and now just over month has passed and i can feel it happening again but just slightly if i mash sort of hard on the brake and ticking noise is faint.
Just want to know if anyone else had the problem before i decide to let the mechanic clean the ring again or send it back to diamond motors, i'm guessing they would say change the sensor.
Oh and the' ABS Service Required' light has been on, didn't come off with cleaning.

they came and looked at it , took out the circuit board and reseated and re tightned the connections.
Afterwards it worked.

I will bet anything it's an abs sensor. Most common to fail is the RH front.

venum 4A15 or do you mean 4A91 (the 1.5L engine) ?

I switched to super fulltime and no issues just a little loss in performance

Before budget at times I used to use super at times.

$ 120 super for approx 479 km

At times ( very rare ) when car is full with 5 persons and trunk full with stuff ( 2 large coolers with food , ice and drinks, 2 large clothes bags or backpacks , 2 large bottles of water, tool kit then I use premium.

At these times the rear tyre rubs , have to raise the back when warranty is up.

Are you aware that the 4A91 1.5L is now discontinued and replaced by the morepowerfull 4A92 1.6
engine? Not sure if you have to use premium in this.

On another note I got ( as a gift ) an Autel maxiscan MS609 scan tool.
I saw some on ebay for approx $ 600.00 TT.
It suppose to check / clear engine and ABS codes.
Tried it out this evening in my cy and it works, simulated a fault by disconnecting the #1 coil pack
wire and the correct code showed up ie a PO350.
Will be playing with it 2morrow with my service manual.

On the downside the ABS does not work since for this you have to choose the vehicle type and for some reason mitsubshi is not listed .... it has toyota, lexus , etc so no ABS data.

Also I tried it on the cs3 lancer (local ) and it is not communication with the vehicle ECU thus no check engine error codes.
That sucks since the cs3 is an older car ie 2006 as compared to cy 2010
codes can be read.

Good Day folks.
Anybody know what the difference is between the shocks from the firm #4162A130 (general)and the shocks that can be bought online #4162A175 (general Europe) they are both for the CY2A & CY4A just the latter is for Europe. They should still fit right, is there a difference in the softness?

5 years and only 69K.!
sho , you dont do any driving at all

My cs was doing 120K at 5years.

My cy is 2.5 years and doing approx 56Kkm.

By the way during the 5yrs any trouble besides the abs sensors.

Had a parthner with the cy and he replaced abs sensors and head light switch.
At 4yrs he replaced the ac evaporator. ( not from the firm )

By the way what next, you keeping or selling or upgrading ?

Surprised to see so much CY giving that abs sensor problem. Im making 5 yrs and 120k and no problems whatsoever ( knocking on hard wood). Ive also running 18" chromes for four of those years and serviced at south DM. Dunno if the edition with the rockford system is any different mechanically from the others...highly doubt it.

Only the abs issue I had. I plan on keeping it. Just had a baby so no upgrades for a while.

Remove and spray out the PCV valve with carb spray either every oil change or every other oil change.
Replace the PCV valve every 40k km, or thereabout, due to the possibility of the spring failing.

Sold mine 1 year ago with about 98K KM. (3 years)

It was a really nice car. Saw a good few RORO's and Local's with some nice kits and wheels recently.

Also saw a police fleet of Ex lancers a couple weeks ago. Police decals and light bars. Basic trim though.
