www.amayama.com has it for $260 USD before shipping which might be around $20 USD shipping

VERY reliable IMHO. Purchased from them many times with zero issues. If they are out of stock they will tell you before hand. Shipping is fairly quick and reasonable seeing that it's coming from a good distance. Only drawback which they tell you in advance is that it would take some time before they get the parts from the manufacturer to their warehouse as they don't stock much parts. It's good for someone that willing to wait around 1 to 1.5 sometimes 2 weeks max to get parts.

That could be the ECU if you have changed the sensor multiple times and each time the same IAC sensor gets damaged. I know in the CK if your IAC sensor was bad and you left it like that it would eventually damage the ECU

problem : already destroy two idle screw on my throttle body. eventually the threading got damage.

Bought and installed a foreign throttle body , now the idle screw wont move...don't want to destroy another screw or worst yet a next throttle body....any recommendations on how to get the screw to move? car idling high...:/

Use a flat head not a Phillip, spray with WD-40 and leave to soak, press down hard with screw driver to prevent slippage of tip, like use your body weight
