Are you sure about the chassis and engine numbers?
4g13 engine is associated with the CK1 chassis code
4g15 engine is associated with the CK2 chassis code
Try Jurawan's in Diego Martin for the thermostat. I changed the thermostat in my 4g13 engine (CK1 chassis) a couple months back and that was the only place I got one.
It was not the exact temperature rating (but was close), but it fit without any problems and so far I have not gotten any overheating, or over-cooling issues. The temperature needle is pegged at a slightly lower reading on the gauge than what I got with the previous OEM thermostat.
