4g63 / G4CP help needed

guys i have need your help, I have a 1995 hyundai sonata which carries the G4CP engine which is basically the 4G63 engine that came in the CB3s or at least that is what i have been told. Well my transmission gave up today and i am finding it hard to find a hyundai tranmission so i am asking for advice on what mitsubishi alternative transmission would work with my engine or (EDIT: asking for parts to buy/ sell is not allowed in this forum.)

Your option may be to get the transmission off a E54A galant... but those also may be difficult to find. Perhaps USA side or you may have to consider rebuilding your transmission.

thanks very much, it seems like i may really have to rebuild but i got the sticky end of the stick once before when i had to repair the transmission for another car i had, i didnt know about the two main ppl who do good repairs and ended up taking bad advice and going to a quack who just took my money did a bad repair. thanks for the advice though, will call around tomorrow to see if anyone has a transmission for that model.

Try looking for parts down Mondaisi (not sure of the spelling) I bought a head and block (two different places) for a project from the sonatas that they had down there.

keith charles in la romain did two rebuilds for me,they still working perfectly for 2 years.
Was pretty reasonable
