try cleaning your throttle body and injectors...if problem persists, then it may be gad gas...try using fuel treatments...

I have this same problem with mine i did clean injectors and did clean throttle body did use gas treatment I have a 4g15 fuel injected engine

try using premium for a while and see if there is any difference.

sometimes the fuel pressure regulator diapharm gets ruptured

It can be as simple as your battery is on it's way out, check that if you haven't already eliminated that possibility.
