Where engine number/engine serial number is located - CS1

Lancer cedia CS1.
I need to locate the engine number on the engine physically, where I can find it? Only number I saw on the engine is "GI-S4FF"

One more thing, how can I find if its GDI or EFI?

On the papers engine number is written as "4G13Bxxxx"
