4G15 ADVICE

hey everyone...so ive been reading all these forums and basically everyone said the main first upgrade for 4g15 mods should be to upgrade the fuel to the engine....do i buy a fuel pressure regulator or a adjustable fuel pump? and how do i go about installing this.....

Adjustable fuel pressure reg is installed on the return line off the fuel rail and pump should use factory mounting and comes with harness.
