I have run 50 -125 wet shot on my GC8 with built internals, a small shot 25-50 helps when you go to a bigger turbo to lower your lag.
I currently run a 100 shot for the last 6 months
Unless you build the engine for it people tend to lift the heads with the larger shots.
The remedy seems to be to go to 14mm head bolts, o-ring the block and heads and use a copper head gasket.
