I guess ur referring to an engine clean that is usually done at those gas stations.
I use an engine degreaser ...spray it on....leave for 10 to 15 mins ....wash off using a regular garden hose........NO high pressure water sprayer...
run engine ... spray wd40 esp.on electrical contacts...... run engine until warm.
