quoted from ^^^^ Thanks

It is not so much the shot size as how it is tuned that will limit you.
Lean out a 35 shot and your going to be buying new pistons. Folks have run 100 shots on the OEM stock 2.0 L and kept the engine together ( can't say the same for the rest of the drive train).

The Nitrous manufactures generally suggest you limit your nitrous to a max of about 20 hp / cylinder. Above that your pushing the envelope and your margin for error goes down quickly. That is why the domestic crowd can get away with 150 and 200 shot systems is they are typically feeding 8 cylinders so they are not far from the 160 hp shot that would be the recommended limit.

With your ARP studs that will help you some to keep head gaskets in it, but I would suggest you be very careful if you attempt to go over a 75 shot as you will probably only get one tuning mistake. Make sure your fuel system and all the safety equipment (WOT switch, clutch safety switch, rev limit window switch etc. are properly configured) You DO NOT want to hit fuel cut while spraying so make sure your window switch will cut off the nitrous before the ECU would do a fuel cut for any reason.

BTW you could avoid alot of hassle by switching to a wet kit, wont have to worry so much about leaning out.
