Engine Check Light - P0140 - Legacy

Hey guys,

Trying to help out my friend here with a 2007 Legacy Non Turbo. Engine Check Light is on - P0140 - O2 Circuit, No Activity Detected (Bank 1, Sensor 2).

I know that the cat converter was removed months ago. Check light only came on about a week now. What would be the recommended fix for this, and who would you recommend to fix this.

go by you regular muffler guy and put a spacer on the second O2 sensor taking it out of the flow of the exaust gas about 1/4 inch, once the sensors are good and you reset the car(remove battery pole about 10 mins) the light will come off
