Im thinking of also ordering that cable from amazon to use with FreeSSM ...just to see what its like ..
you have a link for the seller? ..i heard there are many different versions of those cable and they dont always work .So i dont want to buy the wrong thing..

Get the VAG COM cable from eBay. It's a blue cable.

That will allow you to log, pull learning views. It won't allow you to pull the map or flash and adjustments.

I actually bought my locally at shift performance but sadly, they are no longer around.

Tough one, both seem like the same one though.

I'd go with the first one though. You will have to play around with it a bit to make sure the right divers are installed.

Initially it may frustrate you a bit. Just bd patient

i leave my car there and never worry about anything...infact he give you all the old parts and even send you pics of parts while he changing them...

Sorry to hear about your experience, how much did you buy that legacy for? I am also thinking about buying a legacy however it needs a block and the mileage is high but the price sounds good!
