Is the engine you're looking for a 1.5 or 1.6?

If I'm not mistaken you will need the diff to match the transmission.

Its a 1.6 engine ....I should also mention the car is a Singapore model but engine and transmission available is japan.....gtr I was told that the ratio would be different if the transmission number is different. ...

The Japanese setup is different so you will need full harness, instrument panel, diff etc for a conversion
